Not possible allowed to go into negative value on account so loan with rent is not allowed.

When an account closes is when death, then the activity is frozen.

The account balance will be balanced after every account is back to 0 and with death it will go to zero, or an account who is connected to a dead person and not in use will be counted as 0

The node holds the rating over the whole of accounts
